Saturday with Chris Notter and Steven Dickson (part 15)

Another wonderful Saturday! As always, I am joined by Steven Dickson of Skylight Aviation who has a new recruit – recognised as the most intelligent of breed – what else would be expected! Steven hits some passionate notes and as always, gives clear and to the point opinions and responses. Common sense and direct — love it! We have a challenge to create a credible audit tool and ‘teach don’t tell’ coaching approach as well as – New CV testing and hats off to Italy, Airbridges that are beginning to become wobbly, The MIDDLE Act from the US, Finnair and pax refunds, the merits or flaws in EC261, support for Andrew Lloyd Weber, Cybersecurity and India – news and views. QF 747 Queen of the Skies – retires, 1 year short of 50!
