I talk to him about the NEW NORMAL and how things will never be the same. However, they may well be more value driven and more realistic. REALISM — a word that needs to slot into our NEW NORMAL way of doing business. Margins Matter is my mantra at the moment and dropping many legacy activities quickly needs to be done by us all, as so many of them are a drain on resource and finance.
