Kindly be aware that by completing the form and submitting the required information, you are confirming your commitment to participate in the event and acknowledge the obligation to remit the delegate fee.
In the event of cancellation, the following terms apply:
Full payment is required if cancellation occurs 60 days prior to the event.
A 50% discount is applicable if cancellation takes place 30 days before the event.
No refunds will be issued for cancellations made after the 30-day mark. Therefore, please notify us at least 60 days prior to the event if you intend to cancel.
All payments must be settled within 10 days of receiving the invoice.
