A point for consideration, could organisations take a ‘Share the Pain, benefit from the Gain’ strategy to keep as many as possible in work and then have them motivated to recover losses as THEIR company returns to a more streamlined and healthy position? Will heads of organisations move and change as certain tactics are now required during this re-adjustment phase? Media and representative bodies need to be more business focussed and exercise a light touch to Regulatory Controls. Help create success and not penalise. We need entrepreneurs and creative minds now more than ever. The travel corridors get a mention as does Portugal and Greece.
