Chris is joined by CEO of dnata UK, Gary Morgan

Chris and Gary talk about Dnata’s after-school clubs for employees’ children, discuss how and why the company developed their ‘cities’ and explain how a process change helped to improve the journey for truck drivers at these locations.

Gary also reveals how he made the switch to aviation from a jewellery career, gives his tips for self-reflection and offers suggestions for attracting the workforce of the future.
